Welcome to Nutrition Services!

We need help from our parents, teachers and students!

Please help us to continue providing free breakfast and lunch to all our students.

Are you willing to write to your state legislator about the importance of child nutrition programs and the need for statewide universal school meals?

Hunger Free Vermont is collecting letters/messages to be sent to every state representative and senator.

Read the Universal School Meals Letter and join us in declaring that every student, every day, at every public school in Vermont deserves access to school meals.

Good nutrition and learning go hand in hand!

The Nutrition Services department is made up of a team of food and nutrition professionals that are dedicated to students' health, well being and their ability to learn. We support learning by promoting healthy habits for lifelong nutrition and fitness practices.

Meals, foods and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements which are based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.

2020-2021 Meal delivery & pickup info

With many of our students attending school in person along with the governor loosening some COVID-19 restrictions, the district has seen participation in our meal delivery program decline. While we remain committed to continuing to offer this service for students who are learning remotely, we have decided to scale the bus routes down for the final weeks of school.

We looked at which stops had very few or even zero pick-ups and consolidated the four routes down to two routes. You can find the new bus stops and times listed below. This route change will take effect on Monday, May 10. We will continue to monitor participation through the end of the school year and make any changes as needed.

As always, thank you so much for your support of this program. It has been a pleasure bringing food to your neighborhoods and we look forward to seeing it through to the end of the year!
